Data controller

Data collected

Your profile (company, school, non-profit, mentor, mentee or other), your first and last name, your email address and, if provided, your organisation’s name and your message. The language of the page is also sent so that we can reply in that language.

Purposes

To email you the detailed platform presentation, then to contact you about your request. This information is not used for any other purpose and is never sold or transferred.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.

Recipients

The pass-mentee team, which receives your request by email at mentorat@pass-mentee.com. Membership requests from non-profits are forwarded to association@pass-mentee.com. The information is sent by email and is not stored in the platform’s database.

Retention period

[To be defined: how long request emails are kept, for example the time needed to handle the request, then three years from the last contact.]

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).
